Exchange & Return Policy
We accept exchanges and returns within 7 days of receiving your shipment. A free return pickup from your shipping address will be available, but only once. Items must be marked as eligible for exchange and return on the product page.
Exchange & Return Process
To raise a request, email care@uyir-shop.com. We will arrange a return pickup from your shipping address within 48-72 hours. Please reuse the original packaging, including the cloth bag (if applicable), for proper care and protection. Items must be in their original condition, with labels and tags intact; if removed, the exchange will not be accepted. The items must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and free from any stains or damages. Once the returned items are verified at our facility, they will be processed for an exchange or return. The exchange or return request will be fulfilled within 10-15 working days.
Refund Policy
We will issue store credit for the full amount against all refund requests. There are no return pickup fees for any return requests. The first exchange for size or a different style/product is free. A non-refundable shipping fee of INR 250 will be charged for any subsequent exchange requests or orders placed using a credit note. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sale or Discount Policy
All discounted products are eligible for size exchanges only, subject to a return shipping fee of INR 250 (applicable only if the requested size is available). We are unable to accept returns on any discounted or sale products. This policy applies to items purchased at a discount, on sale, or through an offer or promotional code.
Missing or Damage policy
A missing or damaged item claim must be raised within 2 days of receiving the shipment. Please provide photographs of the item(s) and the delivery parcel it was received in. Our Customer Care team will investigate and offer an appropriate solution.
Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations for a full refund or store credit within 12 hours of placing your order. We are unable to accept any cancellation requests after this 12-hour period.
